Who provides the service

Frame of Us is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. For questions about these terms, contact support@frameofus.com.

What you purchase

Frame of Us transforms photographs you upload into AI-assisted wedding images and helps you personalize digital Save the Dates and invitations. Your package includes the photo edits, variations, corrections, designs and downloads described before checkout. Variations count toward your package’s photo-edit allowance. Printing, physical products, photography services and venue displays are not included.

Your account and photographs

Provide accurate account details and keep access to your account secure. Upload only photographs you own or are allowed to use. Every identifiable person must agree to their photograph being uploaded and processed for your project. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to impersonate, exploit or harm another person.

Permission to process your content

You retain your rights in the photographs and wording you provide. You give us permission to store and process that content, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, to provide your project, downloads and support. This permission does not authorize us to publish your private photographs or use them in marketing without your separate consent.

Creating and reviewing results

Payment unlocks your package; photo creation begins when you press Create my photos. AI-assisted results can vary and may contain visual imperfections. Check faces, details and wording before sharing or printing. We aim to preserve the people in your photograph, but cannot promise an exact likeness or a particular artistic result. Available correction options and our Refund Policy explain how to get help when something goes wrong.

Downloads and designs

You may use the downloads supplied through your project for your wedding and personal announcements, subject to the rights of people and third parties represented in your content. The design templates, software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of a template or guarantee that AI-assisted output is unique or protected by copyright.

Payments

Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The final price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Where Paddle checkout is used, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller, handles payment and billing, and applies its Buyer Terms. Test checkouts do not collect money or represent a paid purchase.

Refunds and consumer rights

See our Refund Policy for requests before creation, duplicate charges and delivery problems. Paddle’s applicable refund terms and any mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Storage and availability

Download files you wish to keep. Projects have a retention window of four months, initially from project creation and extended by paid transformation or correction activity, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Expired projects may be removed. Deleting an account or project removes access to its files. Maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability; contact support if they prevent delivery.

Misuse, changes and support

We may restrict access that is unlawful or compromises the service or other people’s rights. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Updated terms will be dated here; changes do not reduce mandatory consumer rights or retroactively remove the package benefits promised at purchase.
